She was delivered of a set of twins. Medications and investigations were not forthcoming postoperatively on account of financial constraints. With a donation of twelve thousand naira (12,000.00), she went home with her babies in good condition.

Due to serious financial constraints, she was unable to pay for any medications/investigations. With a donation of twenty thousand naira (20,000.00), she was able to pay for her medications/investigations.

E.A, a 43year old patient admitted and being managed as a case of suspected CA cervix & endometrial CA with obstructive uropathy and possible co-existing uterine fibroid. Due to financial constraints, she was unable to pay for her dialysis and ward admission. A total of 12,950 was spent on investigations/medications in the process of treating her before she eventually died.

O.L , a 37 year old pregnant housewife admitted on account of convulsion and loss of consciousness of a few hours. The money donated was used for her investigations. She survived and was discharged home.

A.C, a 28 year old patient admitted on account of heavy bleeding per vaginum at 38wks GA. She was transfused with some pints of blood which MRH paid for, patient was subsequently discharged home.

C.I , a 44 year old patient admitted with a history of abdominal pain and swelling, history of uterine instrumentation for removal of uterine fibroid. Patient eventually died whilst being worked up for exploratory laparatomy.

A.T, a 28 year old patient with puerperal sepsis in ICU, who was adequately manage and was subsequently discharged home. With a donation of forty thousand naira (40,000.00), she was able to pay for her medications/investigations.

M.O, a 46 year old woman presented with history of pre-eclampsia, uremic encephalopathy 20 AKI (Acute Kidney Injury). 5,000 was donated for lab test and USS.

I.R, a 43 years old patient who had a successful vaginal hysterectomy and blood transfusion because of the anaemia she presented with at the emergency. She and her relatives were unable to foot the hospital bills for treatment due to financial constraints. A total donation of 119,000 was incurred by MRH for cost of pre-operative investigations and surgery bills.

E.J, a 24 year old that was brought in bad condition following attempting an abortion. She had post abortal septicaemia on mechanical ventricular with financial constrain. She needed intensive care unit admission which relative could not afford; MRH assisted her with some cash.

S.R, a 42 year old patient admitted on account of progressive abdominal swelling, abdominal paw and difficulty in breathing. The prescribe medications were Moropenem and Amikacin which she could not afford. A total of 51,000 were donated to support her.

S.E, a 27 year old HBSS patient who had Emergency Caesarean Section on account of Intrauterine growth restriction and Pregnancy induced hypertension. She developed convulsion after delivery. She could not afford a brain CT scan. MRH assisted with that and some tests and treatments. She recovered well and mum and baby are fine.
